      Returns Policy

      Here at SportsPower Cessnock, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase.
      If for any reason you have changed your mind and want to return your order, we offer store credit for the item you are returning and refunds in the case of faulty items.

      In order for us to process your return we require the product to be returned in its original condition, i.e:

      • Tags still attached
      • Unworn
      • Unwashed
      • Unstained
      • Unperfumed and free from smoke
      • In the original bag and or packaging sent to you
      • Shoes must be returned in their original undamaged shoe box without any postage labels placed on the box

      Please Note: Returns that don’t comply with the above criteria will automatically be returned to sender, so please be careful when trying on your item!

      These conditions comply with Australian law and do not apply to faulty products.

      Footwear

      All footwear must be returned in pristine condition.
      Try your shoes on indoors on a clean surface. Shoes that have scuffs or marks on the sole cannot be returned. 

      We accept all returns that are sent back within 28 days of receiving your item(s). Any returns outside this period cannot be accepted.

      You will be issued with store credit for the value of the item(s) you are returning.

      In order to issue the store credit, you must have returned the item, and you must have a Sportspower Cessnock account.

      Returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving your item(s). If your postal tracking shows that your return has been delivered to our store but you have not received an email from us after the 8th business day, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at cessnock@sportspower.com.au

      How to organise a return

      Step 1: Please email us and we will send you a Returns Form within 2 business days back to the email address from which you sent the email request from.

      Step 2: Complete the Returns form and print it off to return it with your item. 

      Step 3: We assess your claim within 7 business days from receipt of your item(s).

      Step 4: If all conditions are met we will email you to let you know that a credit has been added to your account.  For items deemed faulty we can refund you or provide credit, your choice, as per Australian law.

      We strongly suggest using a traceable postage option as it enables you to track the parcel being returned. Unfortunately, if the package is lost on its way to us, our Customer Service team will be unable to compensate you.

      Please note: after your return our policy is free shipping for orders over $150. Any orders under $150 incur a postage cost as per our shipping policy.

      We recommend for maximum value and savings that for any reordering, make sure your purchase totals over $150 so that it qualifies for FREE shipping.
